I learned several concepts that I never read before, like TIPS and 
"sales aren’t closed they are opened" really is the first time that 
someone talk about the sales in these terms, is a new way to see 
and understand the sales process.

And the magic question that open any human mind doors 
"tell me about" I have used several other questions but this is 
the best I found.

Finally I can't forget about 
"the sequence:

>> function 
>> benefit 
>> consequence".

The way you explain how people buy and how the seller sells in 
these terms is excellent, when I read I though this is true, but
